TERMS AND CONDITIONS
01 Introduction
These terms and conditions apply for Sun Catcher and commissioned purchases made by clients directly through Studio Fie Paarup. We advise you to carefully read through our terms and conditions. By accepting our terms and conditions, a written and binding agreement is entered upon confirmation of order between the customer and Studio Fie Paarup. Once an order is completed, the customer will receive an email confirmation of the purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability, and items in the shopping cart are not reserved before completion and may be purchased by other customers. In case of errors, product quality issues or omissions in the order, Studio Fie Paarup reserve the right not to complete and cancel the order.
02 Payment
When using a debit or credit card as payment method the customer must enter all the necessary information on the card and, in the case of a transaction with 3D Secure, the security code. All information is sent securely to Studio Fie Paarup using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) through an encrypted connection, preventing any unknown and unauthorised sources from accessing customer information.
Studio Fie Paarup does not store customer credit card information after completing the transaction.
Please note that local import charges (customs duty, sales tax) may occur depending on your region and country. These charges are at the clients own expense.
03 Delivery
Studio Fie Paarup can ship to most of the world, expenses paid by client. Studio Fie Paarup cannot be held responsible for any additional costs and taxes when shipping worldwide.
05 Products and materials The uniqueness of our Sun Catcher may hold minor irregularities from the crafting hand. This is part of the individual design and production process, and should not be considered defects.
06 Claims and materials For any warranty claims, please contact fiepaarup@gmail.com and supply us with details about the defect. Please include your order details and pictures of the faulty item.
You can complain up to two months after discovering / determining a claimable defect in the goods.
In case the customer does not agree with Studio Fie Paarup's handling of the cancellation right, and the customer is unable to find an amicable solution with Studio Fie Paarup, the customer may complain with the Centre for Complaints Solution if the conditions for this are met (see www.forbrug.dk).
08 Installation
Please follow the guide handed to you either in physical form or by email or contact Studio Fie Paarup for assistance with the installation. We do not hold any responsibility regarding installation done incorrectly by oneself.
09 Care instructions
Do not deviate from the accompanying care instructions when receiving the product. We can not be held responsible for any incorrect maintenance of our products.
10 Security
Studio Fie Paarup is committed to protecting your privacy. We make sure that the information entered by you will not be disclosed to any unauthorized third parties.
11 Disclaimer
We disclaim liability for typing errors, changes in direct and indirect taxes, incorrect price and price adjustments, technical errors, out-of-stock product and force majeure, including non-delivery on the part of our suppliers.
